Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a reliable dishroom attendant to clean, transport and store china, glassware and silverware, and maintain sanitation in dishroom, kitchen aisle and back dock.

You will operate the dish machine, wash wares, break down and store items, clean dock areas, and assist co-workers as needed. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; a team player with good English communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Operate dish machine, wash dishware, and sort/store clean china, glassware and silverware.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean breakdown tables.
• Clean tile walls and baseboards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
