Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock areas.
• Break down trays, run the dish machine, wash dishware, and store clean china, glass, and silver using proper procedures.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside; clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside; clean breakdown tables and tile walls/baseboards.
