Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to clean, transport, and store chinaware, glassware, and silverware in our hotel kitchen and back dock. You will maintain cleanliness in the dish area and assist with the dish machine.

Candidates must communicate in English, work as part of a team, and remain professional around guests. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required, with safety and sanitation training provided. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests and be a team player.
• Must be able to withstand prolonged standing/walking and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, set up the dish machine, wash dishware, and store all clean china, glass, and silver using proper procedures.
• Empty trash cans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean the dock area and dumpster.
• Break down the dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile walls and baseboards.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
