Job summary

Azul Hospitality in Salt Lake City is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep pots, pans, china and glassware clean and organized in a fast-paced resort environment. You will operate the commercial dishwasher, maintain hygiene, and support the service team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Previous hospitality experience and Safe Server certification preferred; ability to follow safety procedures is essential. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 45 lbs, and working varied

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Must possess basic computational ability.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Operate commercial dishwashing machine and maintain a hygienic working environment.
• Ensure outlets have necessary quantities of items and sufficient racks for dirty dishes.
• Attend to spills and breakage immediately and follow safety procedures.
• Sanitize all kitchens and food preparation areas, including equipment and surfaces.
• Report maintenance and hazards to supervisor on duty.
• Assist service team to meet guest expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
