Job summary

Azul Hospitality Group in Seattle, WA is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of dishes, prep areas, and supply stations across hotel food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities include operating the dishwashing machine, sanitizing china, glassware, and utensils, restocking items for shifts, and assisting other staff to ensure guest satisfaction. High school or equivalent required; hospitality experience and Safe Server certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Operate the commercial dishwashing machine and maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure outlets have sufficient items and racks for dirty dishes.
• Address spills and hazards promptly and follow safety procedures.
• Assist in deep cleaning of outlets and report maintenance issues.
• Support service staff to meet guest expectations.
