Job summary

PopStroke Holdings LLC is seeking a reliable dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen team in Daytona Beach, FL. You will be responsible for cleaning dishes, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with basic food prep and deliveries as needed.

This non-exempt role requires weekend and holiday availability, strong teamwork, and adherence to safety standards. Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a supportive hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience washing dishes in high-volume environments.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dishwasher with utensils, glassware, cookware, plates, and trays in a fast and efficient manner.
• Ensure all dishes are clean and sanitized before putting them away on dish racks.
• Maintain the dishwasher area to keep it clean and organized and ensure wash cycles are sanitary and at peak performance.
• Mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, and dining hallways; remove trash at shift end to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Sanitize work areas and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with deliveries and basic food preparation tasks.
• Safely operate a trash compactor and keep the area clean.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow and communicate effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.
