Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our Las Vegas kitchen team. You will sanitize and clean dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand or in the dishwasher, wash pots and pans, and keep kitchen floors and surfaces spotless.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and familiarity with safe chemical handling. You will dispose waste properly and help maintain a clean, compliant workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Knowledge of proper chemicals and cleaning techniques used in kitchen duties.
• Able to maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to obtain/maintain any required licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and equipment.
• Dispose waste into designated waste areas.
