Boyd Gaming Corporation in Las Vegas is seeking a diligent kitchen steward to sanitize and clean dishes, pots, and utensils using hand or machine dishwashers, while maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen areas. The role requires standing for extended periods and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities include sweeping and mopping floors, disposing of waste properly, and helping keep all kitchen surfaces in top condition.

Qualificações

• Stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Knowledge of chemicals and techniques used in dishwashing.
• Able to maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to obtain/maintain required licenses and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Sanitize and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or in a dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Dispose waste into designated waste areas.
