Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is hiring a Kitchen Dishwasher to support our North Las Vegas area kitchens. You will sanitize and clean dishes, silverware and glassware, wash pots, pans and trays, and help maintain clean kitchen surfaces and equipment.

This role requires standing/walking for a full shift, knowledge of proper chemicals and cleaning techniques, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to obtain any required licenses or certifications. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking for the duration of the shift.
• Knowledge of proper chemicals and cleaning techniques used in the course of job duties.
• Ability to maneuver up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Dispose waste into designated waste areas.
