Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the chefs with kitchen cleanliness.
• Unload delivery trucks using FIFO method.
• Wash floors and clean hot boxes regularly.
• Ensure dishes and equipment are cleaned and stored correctly.
• Help with banquet plate-up and maintain a safe environment.
