Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for basic culinary prep as needed; assist in kitchen functions.
• Assist in basic cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, storage areas, and loading docks.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking supplies.
• Set up and break down banquet functions and events as needed.
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring clean tools and equipment are readily available.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
