Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time.

• Previous stewarding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, cookware and utensils according to sanitation standards.
• Break down trays from banquets and outlets.
• Deliver clean cookware and serving ware to outlets and meeting rooms.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Store dishes, cookware and utensils properly.
• Assist prep positions as needed.
