Remington Hospitality in Virginia Beach is seeking a reliable kitchen assistant to support dishwashing operations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. You will use the dish machine, wash glasses and dishes, and ensure pots and pans are washed in the designated area.

You will also help with banquet plating when needed and adhere to MSDS and safety guidelines. Candidates should be prepared to handle trash disposal, spill cleanup, and general kitchen duties to keep the operation

Responsabilités

• Use established guidelines to correctly utilize and maintain the dish machine.
• Wash glasses and dishes in the standard dish rack.
• Wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area.
• Keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times; sweep up broken glass and mop spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans; spray and sanitize after each use; replace bags.
• Follow MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
• Assist with plating banquet events when needed.
