Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company is seeking a Steward to keep dishware, utensils, and kitchen areas clean and organized at our Limelight Hotels locations in Colorado. The role supports food preparation under the direction of the Executive Chef and ensures a sanitary, efficient kitchen environment.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.50 per hour; actual pay depends on budget and experience. Applications accepted until July 26, 2026.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety course certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stack all dishes properly.
• Store dishes and silver in the designated locations.
• Set up cleaning area and operate dish machine.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment; assist with cleaning and organization.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries.
• Clean kitchen walls, floors, and loading docks as required.
• Disassemble, clean and re-assemble dishwasher.
• Post caution signs when floors are wet.
• Maintain kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Assist with preparing food items according to chef specifications.
• Follow daily preparation list for service readiness.
• Report problems to Executive Steward.
• Other duties as assigned.
