Job summary

DoubleTree Dallas Near the Galleria is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain station cleanliness, stock, and adhere to health standards. You will assist with meeting room setups and breakdowns, serve beverages, and support servers throughout shifts.

The role requires basic food/beverage knowledge, English communication, and physical endurance to lift up to 80 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs. Food Handler Certification within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock and cleanliness of the work station and storage rooms.
• Set up meeting rooms to guest specifications; includes moving heavy items.
• Break down meeting rooms after events and store equipment.
• Serve beverages, breads, and butter; replenish as needed.
• Assist servers with order delivery and pre-busing tables.
• Clear dirty tables and reset service ware.
