Fairlane Hotel in downtown Nashville is hiring a Steward to keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe for food preparation and service. This on-property, full-time role involves maintaining sanitation, assisting with basic prep tasks, and supporting the kitchen team to stay ready for service.

• Able to stand and stay active for long shifts.
• Able to lift 50 to 75 pounds.
• Reliable and punctual for every shift.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or with commercial dishwashers.
• Clean and sanitize food prep areas, floors, and storage spaces.
• Organize and restock kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment in the correct places.
• Help with simple food preparation and kitchen support, including basic prep tasks.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation rules at all times.
