Job summary

Schulte Companies is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward for the Marriott Nashville Airport to join our team. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining the dish room and equipment, and restocking supplies in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
