Job summary

Boulders Resort & Spa Scottsdale, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Kitchen Steward to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all back-of-house (BOH) areas, including kitchens. This role involves deep cleaning and ensuring safety standards while executing daily tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Clean Kitchens and BOH areas (including floors, walls, equipment, stainless, and vents).
• Practice safe work habits to ensure the safety of guests, fellow associates, and self.
• Complete the daily assignment checklist and submit it to the supervisor at the end of the day.
• Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

The Kitchen Steward

• Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of all BOH areas of the hotel.
• Deep cleaning of all kitchens.
• Driving golf carts when needed (property specific).

Education & Experience
