Job summary

The Boulders Resort and Spa is seeking bussers for all shifts (AM/Dayshift/PM) to support Spotted Donkey Cantina, The Grill, and Palo Verde Restaurant on property. Join a luxury resort offering spectacular views and exclusive service in a dramatic Sonoran Desert setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen at all times.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner.
• Keep kitchen floors clean (sweep and mop) and trash emptied.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules as assigned.
• Assist with the transportation and storage of food and supplies.
• Assist cooks and wait staff as requested.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Executive Chef and/or Director of Dining Services.

We are seeking staff for all restaurant outlets on the property; Spotted Donkey Cantina, The Grill, and Palo Verde Restaurant.
