Job summary

Das Dutchman Essenhaus is hiring for a full-time kitchen team member in Indiana. No experience is required as on-the-job training is provided. You will assemble food orders, follow recipes, keep your area clean, and ensure catering orders meet deadlines in a busy, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene standards, lifting up to 30 pounds, and effectively communicating with team members. Benefits include flexible hours and staff discounts.

Pay: $14.00/hour

What you’ll be doing

1. Assemble food orders quickly and accurately
2. Maintain cleanliness of your work area and assist other in maintaining theirs
3. Adhere to health and sanitation guidelines
4. Follow established recipes to prepare products
5. Meet catering order deadlines
6. Complete additional projectsas assigned
7. Work in a noisy, hot, fast-paced environment
8. Be mobile during shift

Pay:$14.00/hour

Job Type

1. Full-time hours: 5 days/40 hours; based on your availability
2. Full and part-time positions available for your work-life balance
3. Shift start/end times are flexible
4. We open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.Opening team members can expect to report to work by 6:00 a.m. and closing team members can expect to work up to two hours past closing time.
5. REQUIRED:Three Saturdays per month; you select the Saturday with the exception of blocked-out Saturdays that must be worked.
