Job summary

Costa-Vida is seeking a Production Shift Lead to supervise, train, and support the production team in a fast-paced kitchen. You will ensure high-quality food, strict food safety, and accurate recipe execution while leading shift activities from opening to closing.

This hands-on role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage conflicts. Minimum supervision experience and knowledge of health and safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Open/Close the restaurant.
• Ensure knowledge of different positions.
• Meet guest service standards and responses.
• Oversee daily HACCP completion and Steritech requirements.
• Coordinate daily/weekly cleanliness tasks.
• Support orientation and training for FOH/BOH team members.
• Assume related duties as required.
