Key Responsibilities

• Shift Manager is the leader on duty during the shift and acting as the leader in the kitchen for our company
• Keep operations smooth, support your team and set the example for our commitment to quality standards in all facets of the customer experience
• Open and close the restaurant on a given shift
• Monitor food quality and safety
• Handle guest complaints and resolves issues quickly and professionally for our guests
• Manage cash drawers and end of shift reporting
• Train and coach new team members
• Delegate tasks and hold team members accountable to their tasks
• Follow all recipes, portion guides, and standards
• Complete daily temp logs to insure food safety standards are adhered to
• Complete daily checklists and shift paperwork

• Kitchen experience required
