Job summary

Chick-fil-A Livonia is hiring a Back of House Kitchen Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team with care and excellence. You will lead daily operations, ensure safe, quality food, and coach teammates toward a shared standard of hospitality.

We offer starting pay of $16 per hour with opportunities for raises based on performance, flexible scheduling, training, and leadership development. Location: 11700 Middlebelt Rd, Livonia, MI.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.
• Enjoy leading, coaching, and developing others.
• Communicate well and work positively with a team.
• Dependable with ownership of responsibilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Back of House team during daily operations.
• Ensure food is prepared, cooked, assembled and presented safely.
• Coach team members on proper cooking and food preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
• Run breaks and maintain shift coverage.
• Lead opening and closing procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team members and Directors.
• Collaborate with Front of House leaders to deliver guest experience.
• Foster a positive environment where team members feel valued.
• Lead by example through Chick-fil-A's hospitality standards.
