Chick-fil-A Peachtree & Piedmont is seeking a Back of House Operations Lead to guide kitchen operations, ensure safe food preparation, and maintain a clean work environment in a fast-paced setting. You’ll lead with Chick-fil-A’s mission and values while supporting fellow team members and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Embodies the Mission, Vision and Values of Chick-fil-A.
• Multitask quickly and thoroughly.
• Take out trash to dumpsters as needed.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
