Job summary

TakoSushi in Lexington, SC seeks a phenomenal Kitchen Key Hourly Manager to join our team. This role provides support to the Manager-on-Duty, leads kitchen staff during shifts, and upholds our service standards and company values.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Manager-on-Duty (MOD)
• Acts as shift leader and lead all staff working in the kitchen
• Upholds all company values and service standards at all times
• Assist with conducting pre-shift huddles
• Achieve operational directives
• Communicates problems or issues to the MOD
• Communicates effectively with staff, guests, and other members of management
• Perform restaurant opening and closing procedures
• Work with team to accomplish targets
• Ensure the safety and health of employees & guests at all times
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested
