• Lead and maintain smooth operation of all kitchen shifts.
• Train and coach staff according to company standards.
• Monitor food cost and use established methods to meet goals.
• Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed before shift end.
• Taste and inspect food for freshness, flavor and temperature.
• Perform line checks and ensure timely service.
• Foster clear communication within the Kitchen team and with managers.
