Job summary

Brenz Pizza Co is seeking a Full Time Shift Lead to guide a highly skilled kitchen team and uphold Brenz's standards of quality and service. You will schedule shifts, coordinate with drivers and front-of-house, manage inventory, and ensure food safety while leading by example.

Ideal candidates have prior kitchen supervisory experience, strong communication, and the stamina to stand for long hours; opportunities for growth exist as Brenz expands.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma.
• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Basic knowledge of P & L statements.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Strong guest service, communication.
• leadership and conflict resolutions skills.
• Full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week.
• Good personal grooming.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
• Ability to lift 35-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and communicate with drivers, front of the house, and the General Manager.
• Lead by example, manage kitchen staff, and uphold Brenz's high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the GM to create and manage weekly schedules.
• Order food from approved vendors and maintain inventory.
