Job summary

Brenz Pizza Co is hiring a Full Time Shift Lead to guide a skilled kitchen team and ensure top-quality pizzas and service. The Shift Lead will motivate staff, enforce health and safety standards, and help manage daily kitchen operations, including ordering from vendors and maintaining inventory.

You will work closely with the general manager to plan and execute weekly schedules and staffing coverage. This role requires leadership, communication, and a willingness to do what it takes to produce

Qualifications

• Lead must communicate with staff and GM and manage kitchen operations.
• Must be able to learn all Brenz kitchen roles and maintain safety standards.
• Strong guest service and communication skills required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 35-50 pounds.
