• Ability to communicate clearly with others (both verbally and written) and organize weekly schedules with the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate kitchen staff and coordinate with drivers, front of house, and General Manager.
• Create and manage weekly schedules with the General Manager's help.
• Ensure Brenz’s high standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained.
