Crate & Barrel is seeking a Kitchen Sales Associate in Seattle, WA. This full-time role focuses on guiding customers to discover home pieces, driving sales, and upholding brand standards.

You will maintain an inviting sales floor, support onboarding, and collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service and store profitability. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing payments, promoting promotions, and contributing to inventory and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and other associates.
• Ability to work in a flexible environment and learn quickly.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Greet and assist customers, respond to questions, process payments, and involve management as needed.
• Promote loyalty programs and promotions to customers.
• Maintain the sales floor with visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Support onboarding of new teammates and foster a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with inventory and stockroom organization as needed.
