Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking friendly, team-oriented individuals to join our Heart of House team. You will help prepare and cook items to our recipes, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required. Flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a team-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Team oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain required food safety certifications where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
