Kitchen Tune-Up Niceville, FL is seeking a passionate Kitchen Remodeling Sales professional to join our growing team. In this role, you'll guide homeowners through remodeling options and help them visualize results during in-home and showroom consultations.

You will build a strong referral pipeline, prepare proposals and contracts, collaborate with production, and strive to meet monthly sales targets. A proven sales background, customer focus, and comfort with design concepts are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement or remodeling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret basic design plans or project specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and showroom sales consultations with prospective kitchen remodeling clients
• Present and recommend remodeling solutions including cabinet refacing and custom cabinetry
• Develop and nurture a pipeline of leads through referrals and networking
• Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts for clients
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
