Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System is seeking a passionate Kitchen Remodeling Sales professional to join our growing team in Niceville, FL. You’ll guide homeowners through remodeling options, present design concepts, and close deals with confidence and a customer-first approach.

In this role you’ll build relationships, manage a pipeline of leads through referrals and networking, and collaborate with production to ensure smooth handoffs and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement or remodeling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to present design concepts to clients visually.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales/design education is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and showroom sales consultations with prospective clients.
• Present and recommend remodeling solutions including cabinet refacing, redooring, and custom cabinetry.
• Develop and nurture a pipeline of leads through referrals and networking.
• Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts for clients.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless handoffs and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, trends, and competitor services.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or design is a bonus
