Kitchen Tune-Up Central and Northeastern Wisconsin is seeking a Project Coordinator in Appleton, WI. You will coordinate kitchen remodeling projects, schedule installers, manage materials, and keep customers updated, acting as the backbone of operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of coordination or admin experience and a customer-focused mindset. In this in-person position, you’ll collaborate with installers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery, while supporting

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or related admin role.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with professional demeanor.
• Experience in home remodeling, construction, or trade industry is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar PM tools.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and schedule kitchen remodeling projects from initial sale through final installation.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience.
• Communicate with installers, vendors, and suppliers to confirm timelines and deliveries.
• Track progress, identify delays, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
