Kitchen Tune-Up Central and Northeastern Wisconsin is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Appleton team. You will coordinate kitchen remodeling projects, manage schedules, and serve as the main liaison with homeowners to keep projects on track and customers informed from start to finish.

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination or scheduling, strong organizational skills, and a professional, customer-focused demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule kitchen remodeling projects from initial sale through final installation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with installers, vendors, and suppliers to confirm timelines, materials, and deliveries.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Manage project documentation including work orders, contracts, and change orders.
• Order materials and monitor inventory to ensure timely availability for upcoming jobs.
• Support the sales team with follow-ups, estimates, and administrative tasks as needed.
