The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in project coordination or a related admin role, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.

• Communicate with installers, vendors, and suppliers to confirm timelines, materials, and deliveries.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Manage project documentation including work orders, contracts, and change orders.
• Order materials and monitor inventory to ensure timely availability for upcoming jobs.
• Support the sales team with follow-ups, estimates, and administrative tasks as needed.
