Job summary

Guest Services seeks a Receiver/Stock Room Attendant to manage stock room storage and distribution under the guidance of kitchen leadership. You will receive goods, organize inventory, and rotate stock per food safety standards.

The role requires ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, including standing and lifting up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain ServSafe certification; sanitation skills are essential.
• Knowledge of culinary terms and basic recipe execution is expected.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive documentation and goods from warehouse.
• Assist with end-of-month inventories and rotate stock.
• Maintain storage standards and date items.
• Ensure cleanliness of walk-in refrigerators and equipment.
• Follow food safety guidelines including HACCP and ServSafe.
• Take temperatures and manage stock to minimize waste.
• Support safety meetings and general duties as assigned.
