• Experience using a 10-key calculator and basic PC applications.

Responsabilidades

• Account for all kitchen products received and issued.
• Receive, date stamp and store products per procedures.
• Rotate and monitor storage and ensure timely issues to厨房 staff and managers.
• Receive returns from retail/catering and store per procedures.
• Prepare inventories daily, pre/post event, and monthly.
