1440 Foods is seeking a Kitchen Laborer to assist with ingredient preparation and handling in our manufacturing facility. The role requires attention to detail, safe food handling, and teamwork.

Shift is 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a starting pay of $18.50 per hour. Responsibilities include washing, chopping, measuring, and mixing ingredients; operating basic kitchen equipment; ensuring compliance with food safety standards; and collaborating with production teams to maintain

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in kitchen, food service, or manufacturing a plus.
• Food safety certifications (e.g., ServSafe) are a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Ingredient Preparation: Wash, chop, measure, and mix ingredients for production.
• Food Handling & Safety: Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain clean work areas.
• Kitchen Equipment Operation: Operate kitchen machinery (food processors, grinders, ovens) as needed.
• Quality Control: Help monitor food quality during preparation and portioning.
• Collaboration: Work with kitchen and production teams for smooth workflow.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe environment.
