Henry Broch Foods seeks a General Labor - Production Associate to support the production line, performing sorting, assembly, filling and packaging of foods. The role emphasizes quality, safety and GMP compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with operators and quality teams to maintain product flow, participate in trainings, and contribute to a clean, organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience on a production line is a plus.
• Ability to lift or move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must follow GMPs and attend mandatory trainings.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual production tasks such as sorting, assembling, filling, and packaging foods with consistency and attention to detail.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods to ensure smooth product flow along the production line.
• Perform visual quality checks for defects and report issues promptly to the supervisor.
• Maintain sanitation and GMP compliance and follow safety procedures.
• Label, seal, and package products for shipment according to specifications.
• Collaborate with machine operators and quality teams to maintain production efficiency.
• Communicate product or line flow issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in daily team meetings and safety briefings.
