Job summary

Red's All Natural is seeking a Kitchen Prep Associate to join its food manufacturing team. In this role you will prepare ingredients according to production specs, assist in setting up workstations, and support cooking, portioning, and packaging under supervision.

You will follow sanitation, safety protocols, and help monitor inventory to keep production flowing, contributing to quality and efficiency in our processing facility.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food preparation or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
