Job summary

Vivant Brewery & Spirits is seeking a motivated kitchen professional to join our accomplished kitchen team. Our kitchen is led by long time Executive Chef VanderMeer. We cultivate a team atmosphere where learning and growing part our culture.

Weekends and evenings are a must as that is when our prime business happens. We are looking for a professional kitchen member to join our team. Minimum of 1-year culinary experience is required.

Qualifications

• Basic kitchen knowledge including knife skills and equipment use.
• Ability to understand and follow recipes precisely.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to cook proteins to desired temperatures.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Maintains clean and organized work station.
• Maintains a positive attitude in a team environment.

Responsibilities
