Lore Brewing Company is seeking a Brewery Cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires night and weekend availability, with typical hours around 30–35 per week, and the kitchen closes earlier on some evenings.

Applicants should be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and have prior kitchen experience. A Food Handler Certification is required or can be earned after hire.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in a kitchen environment.
• Must be available for night and weekend shifts (holidays included).
• Food Handler Certification required (can be obtained after hire).

Responsabilités

• Sets up and stocks food items and supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces and other items.
• Cooks food items using a TurboChef oven and other cooking techniques.
• Maintains cleanliness and follows food sanitation requirements.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at shift end.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
