Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate food items per order and company specs.
• Maintain sanitary work station and proper food handling procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, broilers, fryers).
• Rotate stock, manage waste, and monitor kitchen supplies.
• Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure quality and consistency.
