Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware.
• Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage and for take-out.
• Butcher and clean fowl, fish, poultry, and shellfish for cooking or serving.
• Prepare a variety of foods per orders or supervisor instructions, following procedures.
• Take and record temperature of food and storage areas.
• Keep records of quantities of food used.
• Wash, peel, and cut various foods for cooking or serving.
• Provide food to servers when ready to plate.
• Weigh or measure ingredients and mix dressings and sauces.
• Load items into dishwashing machines.
• Receive and store food supplies and utensils.
