Job summary

Graziano's Group is seeking a Kitchen Prep to handle a range of food preparation tasks, including cold foods, shellfish, and desserts, following established procedures. You will assist cooks and ensure food safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include sanitation, portioning, and timely prep for servers. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, with flexibility for evenings and weekends to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior related experience in kitchen work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware.
• Prepare a variety of foods according to orders or instructions, following approved procedures.
• Take and record temperature of food and storage areas.
• Weigh or measure ingredients and prepare dressings and sauces.
• Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
• Receive and store food supplies and keep storage areas organized.
• Carry food supplies, equipment, and utensils to and from storage and work areas.
