Job summary

Two Roads Brewing's Stratford campus is seeking a Back of House Team Member to prep, cook, and assemble menu items in a fast-paced food hall environment. You will contribute to a dining experience by preparing food to spec while keeping work areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, stocking storage areas, and working with urgency to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Understand TRB’s can-do attitude and high standards.
• Good knowledge of food preparation.
• Professional, articulate, friendly and punctual.
• Team player who works well with others to provide a positive work environment.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours, bend, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw foodstuffs to prepare for final cooking.
• Cook and compose menu items per recipes and specifications.
• Champions the brand's vision and values and contributes to a culture of positivity and high standards.
• Stock and organize kitchen and BOH storage areas.
• Wash dishes, glassware, and utensils by hand or in a dishwasher.
• Work with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work spaces throughout the day.

• Follow safety procedures and policies for a safe environment.
• Understand guest satisfaction.
