You will work in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with culinary staff to ensure timely service, proper portioning, and adherence to recipes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen or culinary experience.
• Ability to execute recipes accurately and consistently.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques.
• Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to assist staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Iron Hill recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Execute orders during service using a variety of cooking techniques including grilling, sautéing, frying, baking, and pizza preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cook line and work areas throughout the shift.
• Break down and clean assigned station at the end of each shift.
• Help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and organization and assist other stations during busy periods.
