Responsibilities include station setup, line management, cooking to spec, cross-training with other stations, and upholding strict food safety standards while collaborating with front-of-house staff to keep service smooth and energetic.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of temperatures/meat safety.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and maintain grill/line stations with essentials before shift.
• Grill, fry, smoke, cook, and portion items to recipe specs and standards.
• Cook and plate orders efficiently to ensure smooth flow from kitchen to taproom.
• Cross-train on other line positions and assist with prep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and follow health regs.
