Qualifications

• Culinary experience is a plus, but hands-on training is provided.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in flavor/presentation.
• Positive attitude and teamwork focus.
• Desire to grow in culinary knowledge and technique.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen with cleanliness and precision.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability Monday–Saturday during daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes such as salads, wraps, fruit cups, and other items with precision and consistency.
• Perform foundational techniques: wash, peel, chop, slice, and measure ingredients to exact specs.
• Maintain ingredient quality through proper storage, rotation, and labeling.
• Keep prep areas clean and organized per food safety protocols.
• Communicate with kitchen leadership and team to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A values of excellence, hospitality, and integrity.
